Yeast extract powder (Certified) – is a certified grade manufactured under controlled condition by autolysis of Saccharomyces cerevesiae. Yeast Autolysate is prepared by drying the extract from autolyzing yeast cells (Saccharomyces). Yeast extract powder is a vacuum-dried extract concentrate of Baker’s yeast containing the B-complex factors of approximately three times the weight of ordinary dry yeast.

Yeast extract is the common name for yeast products made by extracting the cell contents. Yeast powder, LAB – manufactured under controlled conditions to retain its vitamin content and other nutritive values such as free amino acids.
