Scientific Background

Tris Buffered Saline Solution is widely used in biological research. The reagent is Clear Solution. It contains monobasic potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and dibasic sodium phosphate. This solution contains preservative components.

Direction for Use

• For 1X solution, dilute required amount at 1:20 ratio in ultra-pure water.
• To make 1 litre of 1X solution, take 50 ml. of Phosphate Buffered Saline (20X) and make up the volume up to 1 litre with ultra-pure water.

Precautions

• • Once diluted, the reagent should be used immediately.
  • Do not store the diluted reagent
  • Avoid direct exposure to light
