Saliva DNA Preserve Tube contains asafe saliva DNA protective agent. It can rapidly cleave salivary cells,inactivate nuclease and protect DNA from degradation. Saliva sample can bestored at room temperature (25°C) for more than 6 months or – 20°C / – 80°C forlong time by simply soaking in the reagent. Saliva DNA Preserve Tube issuitable for storing 2ml saliva samples.

Storage and Stability

Saliva Preserve Tubes should be stored dry at room temperature (15–25°C) and are stable for at least 12 months under these conditions, if not otherwise stated on the label. Storage of Reagent at lower temperatures may cause precipitation. Before using the reagent, redissolve the precipitate by heating to 37°C with agitation.
