Principle |
The kit uses an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). To the coated microwells precoated with Monkey Hepatitis E Virus IgM (HEV- IgM ) capture antigen, the sample to be tested and the standard product were added in turn, and then the HRPlabeled detection antibody was added, incubated and thoroughly washed. Substrates A and Bare added, and the substrate produces a blue product under HRP catalysis, which is finally converted to yellow under the action of a stop solution (acid solution). The absorbance (OD value) was measured at a wavelength of 450 nm on the microplate reader, and the absorbance (OD value) was positively correlated with the concentration of Monkey Hepatitis E Virus IgM (HEV- IgM ) in the sample to be tested. By fitting the calibrator curve, the concentration of Monkey Hepatitis E Virus IgM (HEV- IgM ) in the sample can be calculated. |
