Lysis Buffer produced is a traditional rapid lyse solution for tissue cells.Protein samples obtained by Finetest Lysis Buffer can be used for ELISA.

This product can be used on animal, plant cell or tissue samples. The main components are 50mM Tris(pH7.2- 7.4), 0.9% NaCl, 0.1% SDS. When using this lysate, the user can add specific inhibitors or not according to the specific purpose.

Protein samples obtained by Lysis Buffer can use  BCA protein assay kit (K001) to measure protein concentration. Due to the high concentration of detergent, the protein concentration of the sample obtained from the Lysis Buffer cannot be determined by Bradford method.
