Gasdermin D is a member of the gasdermin family. Members of this family appear to play a role in regulation of epithelial proliferation. Gasdermin D has been suggested to act as a tumor suppressor. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
Western blotting analysis using gasdermin D antibody (KVAb01862). Gasdermin D expression in wild type (WT) and gasdermin D (GSDMD) knockout (KO) HT-1080 cells with 30 μg of total cell lysates. Hsp90 α serves as a loading control. The blot was incubated with gasdermin D antibody (KVAb01862, 1:2,500) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (APS0635, 1:10,000) respectively

The blot was incubated with gasdermin D antibody (KVAb01862, 1:2,500) and HRPconjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (APS0635, 1:10,000) respectively.
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human endometrial carcinoma using gasdermin D antibody (KVAb01862, 1:100). Antigen retrieval was done in sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). DAB was used for detection, with hematoxylin counterstaining. Images were acquired using a Nikon Ci-L Plus microscope (40× objective). Scale bar: 25 μm.
