Detection Method Sandwich
Standard 20pg/mL
Sample type Serum, Plasma, Tissue homogenate and Other biological samples;Sample Volume=100μL
Reaction time 3.5h
Research Area Signal Transduction;Cancer;Developmental Biology
Principle This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human IL-1β. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human IL-1β and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human IL-1β, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human IL-1β. You can calculate the concentration of Human IL-1β in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
Human Interleukin 1β(IL-1β) ELISA Kit
Sensitivity 1.6pg/ml
Range 4.69pg/ml -125pg/ml
Alternative Names Human Serum amyloid A,SAA ELISA Kit
Detection Method Sandwich-ELISA
Sample Volume 50ul
Wavelength 450nm
Principle This ELISA kit uses Sandwich-ELISA as the method. The Micro Elisa strip plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to IL-1β. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate Microelisa stripplate wells and combined to the specific antibody. Then a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)- conjugated antibody specific for IL-1β is added to each Micro Elisa stripplate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The TMB substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain IL-1β and HRP conjugated IL-1β antibody will appear blue in color and then turn yellow after the addition of the stop solution. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of IL-1β. You can calculate the concentration of IL-1β in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Principle The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human IL1b. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Human IL1b. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Human IL1b, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Human IL1b in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Principle The quantitative detection of Human IL-1β antigen is based on the ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) technique. The microplate wells are pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human IL-1 β . After incubation, the corresponding antigen in the sample or standards will bind to the immobilized antibody. After washing the microplate wells to remove all unbound sample material, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labeled antibody conjugate is added, which binds to the antigen, forming antibody-antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody complex upon incubation. In a second wash step, all unbound material is removed. The immune complex formed by the bound conjugate is visualized by adding Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) substrate, which gives a blue color reaction in wells containing the complex. A stop solution containing acid terminates the reaction, producing a yellow end-point coloration proportional to the amount of specific antigen present in the sample. Absorbance is measured at 450 nm using an ELISA microwell plate reader. Analysis is completed by comparing the OD values of samples to the standard curve.
