Intended Use |
For the quantitative determination of Human Endothelium-Derived Hyperpolarizing Factor(EDHF) concentrations in serum, plasma, saliva, urine, tissue homogenate, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. |
| PRINCIPLE OF THE ASSAY | The kit was used to test the level of Human Endothelium-Derived Hyperpolarizing Factor(EDHF), based on the principle of double antibody sandwich technology enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
