CheKine™ Micro Glucose Assay Kit provides simple, direct measurement of glucose concentrations in various biological samples, including serum, plasma, urine, other body fluid, food, growth medium, etc. In this kit, the improved o-Toluidine method utilizes a specific color reaction with glucose. The absorbance at 630nm is directly proportional to glucose concentration in the sample.

Usage Notes

• Briefly centrifuge small vials at low speed prior to opening.

Storage at –20°C. Kit has a storage time of 12 months from receipt.
