Principle |
This kit was based on indirect enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. TOX-Ag was pre-coated onto 96-well plates. The test samples were added to the wells, unbound conjugates were washed away with wash buffer. Then added HRP- Anti-Bovine IgM Antibody, if there were any TOX-IgMin the samples, it would form a TOX-Ag- TOX-IgM- HRP- Anti-Bovine IgM Antibody complex. The substrate TMB was added for color development, and the presence or absence of TOX-IgM antibody was determined according to OD value aftercolorimetry on the enzyme label. |
