BioString™ FastFilter Plasmid Maxi Kit extends the standard plasmid column workflow to 100–200 mL bacterial cultures and recovers up to 1 mg of routine molecular-biology-grade plasmid DNA. The dedicated FastFilter clarification step removes neutralization precipitates from the larger lysate volume before column loading, reducing the handling burden associated with conventional large-scale lysate clarification.
