DMEM/High Glucose, i.e., DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium), is improved based on MEM Medium, and has been widely used in the culture of various cells. This product contains stabilized dipeptide form of L-Glutamine called L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine, providing a stable alternative to only glutamine containing media by preventing the intramolecular cyclization of L-Glutamine and minimizes formation of toxic ammonia. Other components of the media are amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts, and other components necessary for cell culture, without protein or growth factor.
This product has been filtered sterilization. Aseptic contamination shall be avoided during usage. This product is only used for lab research, not for diagnosis and treatment.
