The L- Glutamine (100X) solution contains 200 mM of L-Glutamine in 0.85% sodium chloride. The product is suitable for mammalian cells such as adherent and suspension cell lines.

Application

The product is suitable to use for cell culture and its recommended concentration is 10ml/L in cell culture. The end user must optimize the antibiotic dose for their specific cell lines and application.

Storage

Store at -200C for long term, avoid repeated freeze thaw, Aliquots can be stored at -20° C for regular use; If there are visible crystal formation in solution then thaw it at 37°C till become a clear solution. The Product must be used within the expiry given on the product label.

Sterility

There was no microbial growth observed after QC test.
